Hosting a global multi-sport event is one of the most complex undertakings a city can attempt. Gujarat needed a rigorous, honest assessment of whether Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar had the infrastructure, institutions, and economics to host, covering transport, road safety, environmental and energy sustainability, social development, financial planning, and economic impact.

The feasibility study supported India's winning bid to host the Commonwealth Games 2030. Beyond the headline, the work gave Gujarat a structured readiness roadmap for hosting global events, spanning infrastructure, institutions, and financing.
